One-on-one Coaching sessions will focus on:

  • Determining your goals.

  • Identify the obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward.

  • Creating action plans that are based on the most important personal needs and goals.

  • Individual Coaching sessions can be conducted face-to-face or remote via phone or video conference (Skype,Face Time, etc.)

  • Face-to-face available in the Fort Worth/Dallas area.

RATES and Packages:

Initial Session:

The initial session will focus on:

  • Get to know each other and share required information.

  • Discuss the need for coaching.

  • Determine appropiate package, schedules and next steps.

  • The session is FREE and takes about 30-45 minutes.

Powerful Coaching Package:

​This is a three months package. This is the most recommended package to see real progress establishing

and achieving goals. Package Includes:

  • 12 individual sessions, it is preferred to meet once a week every week.

  • Each session could be 60 or 90 minutes.

  • Personalized assignments to move you in to action.

  • Forms,handouts and resources.

  • One email support message per week.

Individual Strength Coaching Session:

​It is a single time session concentrated on getting support and clarification on a specific focused issue or goal.

  • 60 minute session 

  • 90 minute session

  • Each session includes one support/follow-up email.

  • Each session includes one support/follow-phone call.

Intensive Coaching Package:

​This is a one month package. This is an intensive package focused on working on a specific issue in a constraint time frame. Package Includes:

  • 8 individual sessions. Sessions are twice a week.

  • Each session could be 60 or 90 minutes.

  • Personalized assignments to move you into action.

  • Forms, handouts and resources.

  • Two email support messages per week.


  • All rates and packages must be paid in cash or check prior to the sessions.
